Occupy Wall Street

While I don't want to dismiss anyone's right to protest, I do think you should understand what it is you're protesting and be aligned as a group.  I don't see that with this protest, what I see is a mix a free loaders, anarchists and misfits combined with a small portion of very passionate citizens who have legitimate concerns and are frustrated with today's status of the economy.  Unfortunately their frustration seems to be misguided as to who's to blame and how to fix it.  Combine this with the political agenda of some very strong influential organizations manipulating this ill-informed collective and you have a mess at best.

Blaming Wall Street for all the financial problems seems to be the easy target however if anyone truly believes this, they need to do some diligence on the topic.  As a side note to this topic, what really concerns me is the anti-wealthy position all arguments lead too but I will get to that maybe in my next post.

The root of all these economic issues starts with governmental intervention or interference.  America is not a true capitalism economy anyway, we have socialistic programs in welfare, social security, unemployment etc.. which, in my opinion are acceptable to a point.  We absolutely need better "rules" as to  these programs to eliminate abuse.

So here is is, everyone is blaming this person or that person, this corporation or that one for the economic failures and position we are in today.. my position is with any complaint, have a solution.  So, what is your solution.. mine is reduce the corruption in our government and I would start with term limits in EVERY elected or appointed position except for one ... Supreme court justices.. I personally believe this should remain a lifetime appointment as the needs to have absolute stability in their structure.

So please reply to this post with your thoughts on term limits and lets see if anyone else feels that this would help eliminate corruption in our government.

Introduction

This is my first blog.  I am not a blog professional, not even someone who has blogged before.  What I am is someone who has concerns as to where this country is going, the political divide and pitting of citizens against each other in what the media calls "Class Warfare".
This blog is not for anyone who is extreme left or right, the fringe of both sides are not rationale in thought and therefor in my opinion, not worth engaging in debate.
